the 2002 season Gannon completed an impressive
67.8% of his passes and led the NFL's

I am
very fortunate to have worked for and with some of the
great head coaches and assistant coaches of our time. It
is through their mentoring, associations, and friendship
that I have been able to formulate a philosophy for
success on and off the field:

-
To be hard working,
humble, and disciplined on and off the field, with
a common respect for everyone in the program, our
opponents, and the game of football.
- To be a resource
to each and every player in developing their
football skills and character to the highest level
possible, and at the same time have them
internalize that everyone associated with the
“team” (organization) are entirely
“interconnected” with the other.
- To communicate
to everyone that they are “accountable” to the
whole. That the success of the team is directly
related to their individual commitment and effort.
- To clearly
define the role and responsibility of each and
every member of the organization.
- To put into
place a system of football that is flexible to the
existing talent and personnel.
- To produce
highly efficient play at each and every position
to win games on a weekly basis.
