  • Over twenty-eight years of college basketball coaching experience, twenty-four at the major college level.

  • Extensive experience in directing summer basketball camps and implementing student athlete academic programs such as the NCAA's Dream to Read Program and liaison between the academic community and the basketball program.

  • Able to motivate players to excel at the highest level displayed through numerous national top 20 team performances and 20 professional players.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; extensive involvement in public speaking, instruction, and motivation; helped coordinate Rice Basketball Golf Tournament, clinician at Adidas sponsored clinic in Houston, active in Shriner’s Children’s Hospital and various civic business groups.

  • Able to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals such as fundraising with the Three Point Club and the Winner’s Circle; develop and maintain quality player and employee relations.
